Welcome. This Web portal provides AARP customers quick and easy access to Help Desk services and information.
As an alternative to using the telephone, via this site, customers may submit a Service Request to the Help Desk, check on the status of an existing Services Request, access FAQs and other information, or obtain community alert information.
To access these, customers must be logged in. If you do not currently have a customer login, please Sign-Up now!via the Customer Login box on this page. Just enter your complete AARP email address (example: email@example.com) and password other than your network password. This will authenticate you as an AARP customer.
