Unisys Support Services

Welcome to the Unisys Support Services portal.  From this portal you can:

  • Access documentation, downloads and other self help knowledge base information for your supported Unisys products.
  • Submit support requests for your supported Unisys products and receive your choice of electronic or voice response.
  • View and manage your support requests.

To access public Unisys product support information you can visit the Public Knowledge Base. Registration is not required.

eService Portal Migration

eService Portal is migrating to ServiceNow platform that will provide a better experience with enhanced features similar to the existing portal.

The new Portal would Go-Live on 21st July. Please use the training guide available on the below link. 

IMPORTANT: The current eServicePortal will no longer be available post end of August 2020. Please continue with below actions.

  • The FES Portal users will continue to have access to all SRMS ticket data from the SN FES Portal. No action is needed. 
  • The Unisys Support Portal users, if required, should extract details of your closed incidents as this information will not be migrated to the NEW Unisys Support Portal.
